The Adventure, Looking Inward, Outward, and Beyond: This four-day residency immerses you in methods for bringing transformational processes into your sphere of influence. You will explore how your intentions translate into your role, situating your authentic self within your profession. Courses designed for this realm provide further depth, including Passion Project proposals and mentoring.

The Return, Regenerating and Expressing the Self in Community with Others: This three-day residency celebrates your learning and merges the realms traversed during the program. Activities support the next phase of your journey as you share your Passion Project and findings and envision your future path.

Courses are designed to support you as you develop your consciousness and resiliency, essential traits for engaging in the world as an agent of transformation.

Our online learning environment provides an interactive and meaningful experience while offering flexibility for non-traditional adult learners. Courses are delivered synchronously with some asynchronous components. Faculty use multiple learning modalities to personalize the experience and meet diverse learners’ needs.
